NanoTCAD ViDES Contract Position

The NanoTCAD ViDES developers Team is looking for a GUI developer. From their mailing list:

The activity consists in the development of a GUI for the NanoTCAD ViDES code.
Potential candidates must have good programming skills (C, Fortran and Python).
Good background in device physics can represent an added value.
Work is estimated to be completed in 2 month full time equivalent of a skilled programmer.
The activity can be performed remotely, with interaction through online collaboration tools.

MOS-AK GSA December 2013

Presentations from the 6th International MOS-AK/GSA Workshop on Dec.11, 2013 in Washington DC are now available from http://www.mos-ak.org/washington_dc_2013/.

It was organized to discuss SPICE/compact modeling and its standardization. There are presentations about the the various compact modeling initiatives going on in industry and academia.
