Devsim has completed a project for the University of Florida. We implemented noise simulation features and circuit boundary conditions into the FLorida Object-Oriented Device Simulator (FLOODS).

In addition to our work with UF, we are currently developing a semiconductor device simulation software. Some recent progress is discussed in our blog.
